If you are looking for a lot or homesite first, please contact me as I usually have several available, or I can put you in touch with local realtors who are familiar with available lots in the area. I can also assist you with financing through a mortgage broker.
We can also custom design a new home for you… working together with my local architect, we can design a new custom home that is exactly what you want. Or if you have your own set of plans, I would be happy to discuss building that house for you.
Once the details are complete you can expect your new home in about 7-9 months. Home construction permitting in the Port St Lucie area is now taking approximately 3 to 4 months… the building process itself is now taking 4 to 5 months.
Providing a personalized service, I work with you in both the design and construction phases to help you get exactly the home you want. I will keep you informed about your project from start to finish.
